What is new in Temple Run 2?

9game provided: The original Temple Run game is a phenomenon, with 170m downloads so far across iOS and Android.Its sequel,Temple Run 2 is thus one of the key action game releases of 2013 on any platform: big news for tens of millions of people who couldn't give two hoots about the next Call of Duty.

Lots of people who don't consider themselves gamers will love it. Kids will love it, but so will grandparents. Footballers will love itWayne Rooney has famously bragged about his Temple Run scores on Twitter.
But many veteran gamers – the people who DO give many hoots about the next Call of Duty – will also love Temple Run 2. It crosses demographic and gaming boundaries as easily as Guy Dangerous hops over dangling footbridges. An excellent sequel.
As before, there are several characters you can play. Four initially: Guy Dangerous, Scarlett Fox, Barry Bones and Karma Lee. Unlike the first game, the differences between them aren't purely cosmetic, thanks to the use of power-ups.
Shield protects you from obstacles, Boost whizzes you ahead at a faster pace, Coin Magnet attracts all the coins – all for a limited time.
Any character can grab these power-ups within the game by jumping into the air when they spot one hovering, but each character also has one power-up built in, triggered by double-tapping when they've collected enough coins to fill up a coin meter on the left-hand side of the screen.
Temple Run 2 doesn't mess with the successful formula, with a simple set of touchscreen gestures used to control your runner. Swipe up to jump, swipe left and right to turn and swipe down to slide. These are the basic tools for avoiding the obstacles in your path, while collecting coins and power-ups along the way the former by tilting your device right and left to run over the lines of coins.
Temple Run 2 is big news for tens of millions of gamers of all ages and abilities. And while it is a casual game in the sense that it's simple to pick up and play, it's also very easy to get sucked in to playing it in a hardcore way.
So what's new? The graphics have been noticeably bumped up in quality, with the scenery around you noticeably richer in detail. Developer Imangi Studios used the Unity development platform for Temple Run 2, and has convincingly fleshed out the game's world.
There is some obvious "pop-up" on display rocky crags and scenery that seems to pop up out of nowhere but there's never any slowdown that impacts on the gameplay.
Also new: a minecart section where your character reaches the mouth of a mine then leaps into a cart, which you then steer safely through forks by tilting left and right, while ducking under stray beams. If Temple Run already had a dash of Indiana Jones in its DNA, it's even clearer here – and a welcome inclusion.

Teen Patti - Indian Poker:How Poker Became Popular in India

For many centuries Ganjifa cards were used in India to play a variety of games. When in the mid 19th century Europeans brought us the now standard 52-card deck, we began inventing new games. Paplu (Indian Rummy) was one of the first and is still the most popular card game played here today. Others we invented include Seep, Mendikot, Dehla Pakad, Vazhushal, Langdi and our popular gambling game Flush, also known as Flash and Teen Patti.

Poker came to India the same way it came to much of the rest of the world. First, let me explain, there is no card game called poker. This is a name given to a family of card games that are all played by two or more persons. Some commonly played versions of poker are 5 card stud, Pot Limit Omaha and “the cadillac of poker” – Texas Holdem. Such games existed before today’s 52-card deck was even invented. What has greatly changed poker was the invention of the No-Limit Hold’em (NLHE) variant.

To make a long story short, in 1960’s gambling was illegal in much of the United States. A group of gamblers from Texas discovered No Limit Hold’em. They decided that because it is an easy game to learn, and because anyone can win in the short term, but over the long run skilled players win the most, that it was a good game to promote.

After playing it in backrooms and all kinds of shady places, in 1967, four Texas road-gamblers Crandell Addington, Roscoe Weiser, Doyle Brunson, and Amarillo Slim moved to Las Vegas where poker had already been legal for 36-years. They got a casino to spread the game and worked hard to promote it. In 1969 the first ever tournament was held. The following year this became the World Series of Poker (WSOP) and was held annually every year since. In the 1970’s the US media began covering the WSOP’s $10,000 buy-in No-Limit Hold’em tournament. This helped the game become better known.

At no point did any entire country just start playing Hold’em as the recreational card game of choice. In fact, to this very day, in the United States, Spades, Hearts, Pitch and other social games are still probably more popular at kitchen tables than Hold’em is – the same way Paplu and Flush are so in India. But when it comes to playing cards for money, there is no game more ideal than Hold’em. Again, this is because it is easy to learn, and also because there are no partners – which makes it difficult to collude and cheat.

There was a poker boom that made No-Limit Hold’em hugely popular in the United States. Leading up to the boom was the birth of online poker in 1998, and the movie Rounders which starred Matt Damon and Edward Norton was released that same year. It started growing in popularity when the World Poker Tour (WPT) began airing high stakes tournaments on television in the spring of 2003. This is reflected in the number of entries to the $10,000 buy-in WSOP main event. It went from 613 in 2001 and 631 in 2002 to 839 in 2003.

The real boom came following Chris Moneymaker (and to be clear that is in fact his legal birth name) winning the $10,000 buy-in 2003 WSOP Main Event taking home $2.5 million USD (about Rs. 1.36 crore) in prize money. What was significant about this is he was an amateur player that worked as an accountant. He won his entry to play in the event in an online tournament that cost only $39 to enter. What helped is that ESPN had coincidentally expanded their television coverage of the WSOP this same year. This became the most popular poker tournament ever shown on TV. It reached a point where reruns were played on a near daily basis.

After watching this episode, players flocked to play online. Other high stakes tournament series were created and aired on television while the World Poker Tour (WPT) ratings also soared. The result was the number of WSOP entrants grew from 839 in 2003 to 2,576 in 2004, 5,619 in 2005, and 8,773 in 2006. The number of players playing online also grew, and it was around this time No-Limit Hold’em began to catch on in India.

Top Strategies for Shadow Fight 2

Shadow Fight 2 combines classical Fighting and RPG to create the ultimate action gaming experience. Crush fearsome foes and challenge mighty demon bosses in order to close the Gate of Shadows.
It mixes martial arts techniques with RPG elements to deliver a nail-biting 2D combat experience. You'll fight your way through numerous opponents, equipping countless lethal weapons and rare armor to create the ultimate champion.

Positioning and timing are crucial. Shadow Fight 2 might not be as speedy as other fighting games. Here are some tips for you to play this game:
- Your fighter’s moves will vary depending on the weapon you have equipped, so consider stepping into the Dojo once you buy a new one in order to familiarize yourself with it.
- Positioning and timing are key. Shadow Fight 2 might not be as speedy as other fighting games, but it’s still plenty strategic. The last thing you want to do is flail around randomly and leave yourself wide open to a counterattack.
- Fight in Tournaments to earn more coins before you try to take on any demonic henchmen. They’re not pushovers.
When the Tournaments get too tough, go for Survival. It probably won’t earn you as much, but it’s better to nab 50-100 coins in one Survival run than to get in over your head in a Tournament and waste the energy on maybe 10 coins.
- Upgrade your gear when you can. Chances are you won’t be able to afford the next piece of equipment on the list for a while because it will require a higher level, so why not spend those coins on improving what you’ve already got and giving you a better shot at earning even more cash?

Now, update your game at 9game!

Real Cricket 14 Full Review: The best Cricket game

Here's a review of the first complete Cricket game for mobile and tablets - Real Cricket 14 and know what all this game has got and what not. See how it performed in the review, highlights and its pros & cons.

Real Cricket 14 is not an insect game. Just thought it better to make that clear in the start itself unless you are thinking to it be one more of the simulation games like Goat Simulator.

Real Cricket 14 is a cricket sports game made by an Indian company, Nautilus Mobile. They are an independent mobile game studio who started back in March 2013 with their first title - Song of Swords which went on to win the Nasscom's People's Choice Indie Game of the Year award.Real Cricket 14 banner 1
With Real Cricket 14 they bring a cricket game for mobile platform which earlier could only be found for consoles or PCs like Don Bradman 2014. It has beautiful portrait like 2D graphics, a good number of controls for both batting and bowling, joystick based controls (which are much better than the usual swipe controls) and much more. Real Cricket is available for both Android and iOS users.

This game requires high level Android phones with 1GB RAM, > 1GHz Processor & Android OS 4 and above. The game size is just 47MB. As I mentioned before, the graphics are portrait like and look very beautiful in each frame. The truth is, the graphics are actually hand made. The game is so "Real" that you even have a toss in the beginning of the game. You chose 'heads' or 'tails' and depending on the results you get to decide if you want to bat first or bowl first.

Real Cricket 14 banner 2
Real Cricket 14 banner 3
This difference in bowling will affect your or the AI's batting style. No longer you can see the swing meter and guess the shot with 100% accuracy. If your bat and pads have space between them then the ball can easily slip in between them. You can even take down spin balls by going out of your crease and take the shot full on with the risk of getting stumped by the wicket keeper. Real Cricket 14 is probably the only game for mobile and tablets that has so much dynamism in their gaming mechanics.

Real Cricket 14 is not a short burst game of a few overs though it can be played like that if you prefer so. But, if you like playing long games with 20 or 50 overs then that too can be played on Real Cricket 14. When you play on mobile or tablet you are not exactly looking for a long stretched game. Your battery consumption takes a heavy toll with this game and if you don't have a charging socket handy, you definitely won't want to take on an innings in the game. The developers thought about this problem well and have programmed the game to auto save your progress at the end of each over. This way you can spend whatever time you want to play and when can't continue any longer you can just close the app and continue later whenever you want to.

You can select the number of players you want in the game, the overs and the information you need. A thin bar at the bottom of the game also displays useful information during the game like your present run rate, number of overs finished as well as the the number of balls remaining in the over.
Real Cricket 14 banner 4
Real Cricket 14 is a Freemium game which means that it has advertisements and in app purchases. You can remove the ads by making a one time payment of Rs.50. For the same amount you can unlock more features of this game like T20 World Cup, Knockout Trophy, Master Teams or Super Over.

The biggest thing we find missing in the game is multiplayer mode. It is hard to imagine a game like this with multiplayer mode. I mean, one can imagine the fun it would be to enjoy this game with a pal or two. However, if you love the game of cricket and prefer or are not just looking the multiplayer cricket fun then this game is definitely for you.
Wrap up

The gameplay of Real Cricket 14 is very real. There are over 27 shots in your arsenal while batting and the bowling itself is just not the usual 'click on the spot for first touchdown'. The ball swing mechanics that the developers from Nautilus have included in this game have really took bowling in a mobile game to the next level. For instance, if you want to do a proper spin ball then you need to bowl slower and generate maximum flight. If you throw a pace ball then there won't be much spin on it.

Real Cricket 14 is an amazing game with beautiful 2D graphics and great audio suiting to a cricket match. We encountered no bugs while playing the game and it ran smoothly without any lag. If you love cricket I would definitely suggest you to give this game a try. I am sure you would not be disappointed except for the absence of multiplayer mode.

Throne Rush: Which Hero to choose?

If you are asking what is the best immortal heroes to buy on Throne Rush, well here are the answers for your question. But first let us consider those who don’t know what are heroes in game. Heroes are true legends of Adergran where the whole cities tremble with fear upon hearing their name, what a very cool introductions. Actually they are really strong and immortal but the sad part is, you should purchase it with gem (premium currency) first before you can use it in battle.

Upon earning enough gems, you can purchase heroes through Taverns and you have 4 heroes to pick with but first you need to upgrade your castle with this corresponding level: The first hero that you can buy is Dwarven Cannoneer that is instantly available upon building a Tavern. To build a tavern, first you need to upgrade your castle to level 2. The next hero will ask you to upgrade your castle up to level 4 and that is hiring Windrunner. As you reach level 7 castle, you have now opportunity to unlock Flame of Retribution and lastly the Frostlord as the strongest and expensive hero from four available so far.

They are immortals as you don’t need to train them as they fade in battle. And the good thing in hero is that you can let them gain experience in battle by just destroying enemy’s building and grow their power based on their level. Definitely the higher the level of the building which your hero destroyed the more XP points you will get. Once they fade in battle you will lose 50% of the XP gained for that battle. As they received XP they are also granted to level up and access much more power from them.

Expecting that you already have gems to purchase your hero but if not you should consider these tips and tricks of earning and buying your first hero without downloading Throne Rush cheats or using real cash for gems.

And now let us look on available heroes together with their stats and other important information you might want to know before getting your primary battle units.

Dwarven Canoneer
One of the four immortal heroes as basically the first hero that most players purchase because this is the cheapest that you can afford. Dwarven Canoneer comes from an ancient dwarfish clan known for their engineering skills of crafting weapons to use in battle. He came to Underkingdom to fight for you.
The only flying immortal heroes in game also known for being furious in battle. Raider of Gryphon made her effective warrior in the air.
Type: Ground
Target: Nearest
Attack Type: Target
Speed Range: 6
Speed: 1.5
Healing: 2 Hours
Windrunner
The only flying immortal heroes in game also known for being furious in battle. Raider of Gryphon made her effective warrior in the air.

Type: Air
Target: Nearest
Attack Type: Target
Attack Range: 2
Speed Range: 2
Healing: 3 Hours
Flame of Retribution

Compare to Dwarveen Canoneer, she has melee made her too vulnerable in fight but her damage is greatly far from ranged hero. Most of the time, players passed this and get the strongest hero as this plays mediocre.
Type: Ground
Target: Nearest
Attack Type: Target
Attack Range: 1
Speed Range: 1.5
Healing: 4 Hours
Frostlord

The strongest and most expensive hero in game that can bring total distraction in the battlefield.
Type: Ground
Target: Nearest
Attack Type: Target
Attack Range: 4
Speed Range: 1

Strategy and Tips for Throne Rush

I know it's a little bit weird for a woman to play Throne Rush. But I am a crazy game player as you can see, I play all kinds of games as long as they are attractive and funny.

I have concluded some tips for this game. If you have any good idea, please share with me.

1.Use walls as a gold dumpIf your treasury is getting full, sink that extra cash into upgrading your walls, or buying new ones. Try to make sure you always have one builder free so you can keep investing money in the walls and make your village even stronger.

2.Upgrade one defensive unit at a timeIf you have more than one builder, try to upgrade one defensive unit at a time, and have the other builder working on storage or production. If your village is attacked when you're upgrading both your storm spires, for example, it leaves you very vulnerable!

3.Don't collect rewards unless you have storageYou will receive bread and gold for completing tasks in the game and accomplishing quests, but if you don't have a big enough barn for the bread, or a big enough treasury for the gold, it will just go to waste. Before you click on the circle to collect your rewards, make sure you have enough room to collect them.
