GTA3 Launched 10 Year Anniversary Edition! Here is a review (Part 2)

9game provided: A senoir GTA3 player want to share the review about this action game and hope this review can help you!
It's while romping around on foot that the controls really struggle. Holding down a "walk" button means that wherever your other thumb lands becomes a virtual joystick. This flexibility is a nice touch but it can't compensate for what is, at best, a very flaky way of navigating a complex 3D world. Shooting is perhaps the only area to be significantly changed by the hardware - you now just tap the attack button while the game decides who to auto-target. It's clumsy and, more often than not, woefully ineffective.
As if sensing that there's no single right answer to solving the open-world control problem, the options menu offers commendable freedom to assign the controls in a way that feels natural. Icons can be resized and relocated, everything can be flipped for left-handed players, and there's a selection of different input methods to try. Even then, with so many functions to cram into such limited space, it's too easy to misplace fingers, hit the wrong hotspots and generally lose track of what goes where.
Try actually playing the game - undertaking missions, evading police cars, surviving shoot-outs - and it's just not up to the job. It certainly doesn't help that crisp control was never GTA's strong suit, and that the mission structure in these experimental first steps into open-world design was already an exercise in frustration.
With practice and experimentation, it's possible to reach a compromise with the game that makes basic navigation just about feasible, assuming you don't mind bouncing off a few walls or jogging in circles every now and then. And this is fine, at least for those initial moments of nostalgic wonder as you romp about Liberty City, marvelling at the fact it's right there in the palm of your hand: a tiny window back to a fond memory.
Strict countdowns, shoot-outs and escort missions, in an environment that can quickly spiral into chaos, are simply too much for this partially successful control scheme to cope with. You can restart missions instantly - a rare nod to modern convenience - but if the game had you biting the controller in frustration a decade ago, it'll drive you to tears on a touch screen.
All of which leaves this anniversary offering as something of a pyrrhic victory. You can run GTA3 on your phone, but you can't really play it. You can run around and drive cars, but any attempt to do anything more nuanced only ends in frustration.
It's to Rockstar's credit that, even in such a comp
romised state, there's still fun to be had, although that fun relies a tad too heavily on your fondness for the past than the reality of what's in your hand. At just £2.99, it's just about playable enough to make it worth a download, if only to see how it looks. However, few would argue that this is the best way to experience a genuine classic.

A Review about Real Steel World Robot Boxing

Real Steel World Robot Boxing for Android is a very popular action game and thousands of gamers around the world are crazy about it.
9game provides you a review of this game below.
The Hugh Jackman flick Real Steel made $85 million domestically with its “What if Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robots was a real thing?” concept. That may or may not be enough money to warrant a sequel, but Reliance Games feels there’s more life in the franchise to make Real Steel: World Robot Boxing for iOS and Android. It’s free-to-play, simple to learn, and full of cool visuals, but some unfortunate design decisions keep it from being a knockout.
That’s pretty standard stuff for a freemium title like this, but World Robot Boxing sadly takes things to another level of annoyance by being aggressively in-your-face about monetization. An energy system allows only five fights per session, forcing you to spend Real Gold or wait to play more. Pop-up ads for other games are rampant and appear without warning. Moving up from one tier to the next also necessitates either spending Real Gold or asking for a fight pass from a friend, a holdover tactic from older social gaming days that’s better off left in the past.
Hopefully that means this is a game that will improve with future updates. Similar to the movie that inspired it, Real Steel: World Robot Boxing isn’t a runaway success, but it’s a solid effort at keeping an idea alive that’s too awesome to let go. Until we get boxing robots in real life – and hopefully someone is working on that – this will have to do.
Should you prove victorious, you earn money that can be spent to upgrade your robot’s armor, power, and special ratings. There are five levels of upgrades possible for each of the five components, though a wait time is put into effect for the top two levels. Real Gold, the game’s premium currency, is the workaround, and you can earn it by leveling up as well as buying it via in-app purchases.
Let’s get the obvious part out of the way: boxing robots is just a flat out awesome idea, and one that appeals to the five-year-old boy or girl in all of us. This game doesn’t disappoint in its efforts to bring those clashes to life, sporting better graphics than the first Real Steel mobile game and some creative robot designs. The themes are great – there’s a football-inspired fighter, one with a blackjack motif, a cowboy bot with arms shaped like six-shooters, and more.
Pitting them against each other is fairly straightforward, with a virtual d-pad on the left and buttons on the right. Boxing is a strictly 2D affair here, which limits you to punching and blocking, but there’s still some strategy required as you look to counter when your opponent’s guard is down. The game doesn’t explain this fully, but pressing the pad while hitting the light or heavy attack buttons throws a slightly different kind of punch for each direction, so there are more options than it may initially appear.
Set after the events of the movie (and knowledge of the film is absolutely not necessary), World Robot Boxing features Atom, Noisy Boy, Midas, and some of the franchise’s other stars, but also expands both the scope and the cast of characters. Your ultimate goal is to dethrone Zeus, the WRB champion, by fighting your way through multiple increasingly difficult circuits of robot fighters. Three bots are yours to choose from to start, with a fourth available if you can convince a friend to play too.
A meter charges as you land and block punches, and each robot has its own well-animated special attack sequence available once it’s full. Finishing moves? Yep, those are in here too, provided you tap the right spots that pop up once your foe’s energy is down to zero.
9game hope you will like Real Steel World Robot Boxing.

In GTA Vice City, There are some Extra Missions !

Like other action mobile game, in GTA Vice City, there are many missions as well. 9game here wants to introduce some extra missions in GTA Vice City for you.
All missions, whether part of the main story. There are certain jobs that are critical to perform to complete the story, and others which are side-quests. The path through the game determines when these will be opened to you. When following our main Mission walkthrough, we'll give you hints as to when these might happen.
Biker Missions: Mayhem and destruction ensue. These can be done once the biker bar is opened to you downtown (it's indicated by a Spade on the map). Do a good job for Big Mitch and he'll reward you.
Vehicle Missions: Hopping into certain rides will allow you to trigger missions to mae some extra cash and bonuses. Press R3 and you'll be on your way. Vehicles with missions are: Pizza Boy, Taxi, Fire Truck, Ambulance, Cop Car. You can also find some Checkpoint Races and RC Missions to keep you busy.
Love Fist Missions: The world's scummiest rock band has some jobs for you to do. They'll be available at the V-Rock building, but only after the band initially contacts you.
Gang Missions: The Cubans and Haitians dislike each other intensely. These missions will come via the cell phone. After you are contacted, go to the Cafe (Little Havana-Cubans) or to Auntie Poulet's (Little Haiti-Haitians) to trigger them.
Assassination Missions: Early in the game, you'll get a cell phone that will lead to many of the Extra Missions in the game. A mysterious voice will call the cell phone and tell you to get to a payphone somewhere in the city. There, you'll hear the voice detail a deadly mission, and leave you instructions how to perform it.
Property Missions: After purchasing certain businesses, new challenges will be opened up to you. For instance, after you buy the Showroom, there is a car theft mission you can complete to score some brand new rides.

GTA Vicy City: From the Bottom Up

9game provided:GTA Vice City is one of the popular series action game GTA,and it has lots of fans.
Here is a senior player's opions about this game.Hope you enjoy it!
In my review for Liberty City Stories, I didn't have a game that I could fairly compare it to, as the home console exclusive Grand Theft Auto games have natural advantages over a PSP port. Luckily, now that I've played through Vice City Stories, I have a much better scope on the entire situation. Oddly enough, the two games manage to be polar opposites in a number of ways, which means both good and horrendously bad things for VCS.
Now, to the meat of the issue: How good is Vice City Stories? To answer that, we'll need to look at various parts of the game individually, as there are some drastically differing quality issues in some areas.
 The Bad:
Weird Glitches: While nowhere near as prominent as many initially made them out to be when the game first came out, there are definitely a few glitches in this game that lower the fun factor of certain missions. For example, when a rival gang attacks one of your empires, they sometimes begin to drive away from your position for no good reason, forcing you to wait over a minute for their car to disappear and another car to spawn out of nothingness in front of the building being attacked. I can't imagine a play tester not noticing this, but based on some aspects of the game, there are signs of rushing.
There's also the much complained about "cars disappearing" glitch. This happens when you enter a building for whatever reason then return back outside to find your car missing. Personally, this doesn't seem like a glitch since it happens pretty consistently and I've never seen it happen when entering/exiting Ammunation. If anything, the car still being there may be the glitch. While I have no idea why they would decide to do this, it's easy enough to deal with. If you want to save your car, put it in a garage. If you save at one of your empires, a car automatically spawns outside for you anyhow.
Mysterious Spawns: While this isn't such a bad problem that it adversely affects the game too much, it still happens often enough that I'd like to cover it here. Every once in a while cars, people, and other objects will load late, causing you an unavoidable accident that never would have happened otherwise. Luckily, this only tends to happen with parked cars, and there are only a few areas that spawn them on the side of the road, so memorizing where these areas are isn't too difficult a task. Still, when you're in the heat of the moment, it sucks to lose ten minutes of battling the odds to a magically appearing object.
Finally, there's the traffic not appearing glitch. This one can certainly be a pain, especially during missions where you absolutely HAVE to jack a car, but it's a rare occurrence (I only ran into it about five times in eighteen hours of gameplay). Other than these three, the glitches are generally minor and don't affect the enjoyment of the game enough to bother mentioning.
Outfits: Outside of the initial clothes and an assorted suit or two, most of the outfits seem more like inside jokes than something you're meant to wear around. They're so oddly designed that you'd feel like a complete fool letting your character out of the house in them. Though some may appreciate the apparent humor element more than I do, the outfits are still somewhat of a letdown considering how much you have to spend or accomplish to receive them.
Gang Attacks: Gang members are no joke in VCS, often being equipped with long-range automatic weapons and deadly accuracy. However, what can really get under your skin is their significantly increased fire power while in a vehicle. Now, enemy gang members can fire forwards, backwards, sideways, over the top of the car, and all with near perfect precision. Simply passing an enemy gang car can have the black smoke pouring out of your vehicle. During attacks on your empire, gang members that roll up in cars can cut you down without even needing to exit the vehicle, making empire defense very tedious. While this can be seen as a step up in some ways, it's rare that it is ever advantageous to you, making it have a primarily negative impact on your playing experience.
No Manual Aim: I was lenient with this in LCS because it's potential uses were rare, but it's inexcusable that this feature didn't make it into VCS. When you consider that you have the 99 Red Balloons that you need to aim at in order to hit and that can't be locked on to, you're left in a situation where you either have the necessary weapon to destroy them or you don't. Also, and far more annoyingly, you can stand two feet away from a car and completely miss it. The manual aim feature for every weapon in San Andreas was like a god send, it didn't decrease the necessity of the sniper rifle or mini-gun at all, it simply made fending off attackers and taking out enemy cars far more convenient. In my book, this is one of the biggest blows to this game, as there are numerous situations where you'll find yourself dying simply because your aim is slightly too high or too low to hit an object.
Voice Acting: The voice actors for the characters from the original Vice City are still as on point as they were then, it's most of the other characters that leave a lot to be desired. Vic Vance's voice acting is often full of inappropriate and even lazy tones, making Vic even more unlikeable than the storyline makes him. Some of the new characters have superb voice acting, but the ones that don't (especially those in the beginning of the game) drag the rest of the cast down kicking and screaming.
You Can Swim, Ya*gargle*: Yes, you can swim, but only for a limited amount of time. Apparently Vic is allergic to water, as it slowly poisons him to death if he stays in it too long. Unlike San Andreas where you had to be under the waters surface in order to die (which makes sense because you can only hold your breath for so long), in VCS just being IN the water makes a gauge begin to slowly decrease. If it reaches the bottom, you die. While being able to swim at all is nice, having this ridiculous limitation ruins it a bit.
First Half of the Storyline: Horrible. Simply awful. Borderline unbearable at times. LCS had a basic but engaging storyline, making it worth playing the game just to discover what happens to the main character. In VCS, Vic Vance is made out to be such a bland, malleable wuss that it's nearly impossible to enjoy playing the game as him. I liken the initial build of Vic's character to a wet rag thrown against a wall; it's drippy, odd, unpleasant, and eventually falls off into a confused pile of whatsit.
But, unfortunately, Vic is the standout character in the beginning of the game and also the most tolerable. The people you work for and the people you work against are so mind numbingly, nerve gratingly worthless that I can't say I blame any of the people that quit the game soon after they start it. It's hard to find anything worthwhile in the early game missions and the storyline surrounding them just further degrades the experience. It even makes wandering around aimlessly unenjoyable, as you have to stare at the back of Vic Vance, someone you'll quickly come to care less about, in spite of his supposedly noble intentions.
If you can tough out the beginning of the game, things change for the better later on. Some may not find the initial storyline that bad, but being someone that has built up a high tolerance for offensive and mundane content over the years, even I could barely stand to watch this garbage unfold. The worst part is that none of it is even coherent, with a few lines of dialog being thrown together to progress some meaningless storyline in some barely there attempt at creating purpose. Ignore the fact that this guy is scum, won't pay you well, and blatantly has nothing good in store for you, work for him blindly anyhow, because that's what the story says needs to happen.
The Good:
Weapons: In general, there is a nice variety of weaponry for which to toast your opponents with. In fact, certain weapons seem to have increased in effectiveness for this game, making them all the more devastating to wield. Unfortunately, the chainsaw went from being the greatest melee weapon known to mankind in San Andreas to completely useless in VCS. Still, considering melee weapons find little use other than trashing buildings, it's an overlookable offense. Still, most all of the series most acclaimed weapons return yet again, meaning hours of mayhem await for those with a vivid (and twisted) imagination.
Second Half of the Storyline: You may find it odd that I would break up the storyline into two halves, but trust me, if you play this game you'll understand why. While the storyline is never particularly gripping, it does become more genuinely amusing and entertaining in the second half of the game. The missions that come about in the second half truly are a lot of fun, leaving you to end the game on a high note. If you thought Rockstar was out of clever ideas, there are certainly a few missions that prove otherwise. Also, you almost begin to like Vic Vance, in spite of the taint left from the beginning of the game.
Graphics: One of the parts that is in direct contrast with Liberty City Stories, the graphics for Vice City Stories are up to par with what we've all come to expect from the Grand Theft Auto series. The style is far more similar to San Andreas than to the original Vice City, which may be a positive or a negative depending on your view, but there's no question that the detail in VCS is far better than in LCS. Where LCS was a glitchy mess, with poor drawing distance, VCS fixes those problems...for the most part anyhow.
Empires: An idea that has been asked for, begged for, and speculated over since GTA3, you can finally start your own business empire as well as take over rival empires. While the implementation is somewhat basic, there is still plenty enough to do as you increase your reputation in each business through special missions and try to expand your influence into rival territories, until the rival territories are no more.
Music: The music stations are back up to par after falling off the wagon in LCS. The rock songs keep you pumping your fists in the air as you lay waste to a rival gang members car and the chat stations keep alert as you make yet another long drive for a mission. As always you'll find yourself eventually muting the in-game music in favor of your own, but the game offers a strong compilation of songs to keep you amused for quite a while.
Ninety-Nine Red Balloons: This is certainly a unique take on the hidden packages idea, as you now have to destroy 99 balloons scattered throughout the city. Unfortunately, you need a sniper rifle, grenades, or a car to blow up in order to destroy them. This isn't too big of a limitation and certainly won't stop the more adventurous types from seeking them all out.
Driving Mechanics: Another contrast with LCS, the driving mechanics are far more like San Andreas, meaning smoother rides, better odds of saving a flipped car, and few collision detection issues. While some the roads can be really cramped, that just comes with the territory, and generally you can navigate through at high speeds with minimal damage. The racing missions are also pretty enjoyable in this game, but ironically they make up considerably less of the side missions than in LCS (where the driving conditions are horrible).
You Can Swim, Yay!: Finally, after the step back of LCS; where you drowned on impact with water; the main character is able to swim. This makes anything involving a boat far less of a gamble, as you no longer have to worry about accidentally falling into the water when trying to enter/exit one, because now you can just climb back up. Some of the animations for this seem to be new as well, which is nice to see.
You Can Fly, Yay!: While the game won't win any awards for being a realistic flight simulator, at least you have the option to take to the sky. LCS dropped the ball in this area in it's rush to make it to market, luckily VCS fixed this by making flying missions an important part of the game. Whether you're using a giant magnet to carry crates from point A to point B or terrorizing people on the ground with death from above, it's refreshing to take a cruise around the air without needing to worry about all those obstacles (i.e. other drivers) getting in your way.
Buy Back Your Weapons: Finally, after all this time, you have the option to buy back your lost weapons when you are either wasted or busted. This means you don't have to worry quite as much about getting killed after a difficult mission and having to redo it. Granted it costs $2000 to regain them, but money isn't as hard to come across is VCS as it has been in past incarnations.

You are a beginner of FIFA 14? Here are some tips!

9game want to share some tips for beginners of FIFA 14 by EA SPORTS™. Hope you can enjoy this sport game!

Defense Wins Games
Defense is an important aspect to coming out on top of any match.  In FIFA 14, you might confuse the defense with American Football. You really get a good idea how physical soccer can be.
Here are two defensive tips to live by: leave your defensive line alone, and tackle.
First is your defending four. Most formations (not all) have a backline of four defenders.  Sometimes it’s easy to select one of the defenders and start running up the field, chasing an opponent or if your player has the ball, playing offense.  This works once you get a better handle on things. We suggest avoiding this initially.  Pulling defenders up the pitch too far will leave your defense with holes an opponent will take advantage of.
There are two ways to do a Standing Tackle.  First, you could run into the player with the ball.  If you do it on the ball side, you will automatically try and steal it.  This isn't 100 percent effective, especially if your opponent attempts to evade.
To improve your chance of a successful standing tackle, press B/Circle while trying to steal.  This will do a few things in your favor.  It will grab the player and hold him up while keeping this person close, as well as stick your foot out and try and kick/poke the ball away.  Be careful. Depending how long or rough the altercation is, the referee might call a foul.
With Slide Tackle, you’ll need to put your big boy pants on.  When approaching an opponent with the ball, hit X/Square and take to the ground, slide and kick the ball away.  This is a good defensive move because it gets you out of tight spots.  Keep in mind this is the best way to get red carded and tossed from the game if you approach from a bad angle.  You have to make sure you hit the ball first before coming in contact with any part of the player, or you could watch the rest of the game from the TV in the locker room.
If you defend an opponent and he retreats to midfield, do not chase him with the defender. Switch to a midfield player to continue the pursuit.  Doing this allows your defender to fall back into position and get ready for the next assault.
If you’re able to strip the ball from the attacker and gain control, take a few steps and then pass the ball again, allowing your defender to fall back into formation.
When it comes to taking the ball from an opponent, that's where Tackling comes into play.  There are two types of tackles you can utilize, a Standing Tackle and a Slide Tackle.  Both are very effective, but come with a bit of a risk.

Reaching the Back of the Net
EA Sports transformed scoring in FIFA 14 with the all-new Pure Shot and Real Ball Physics that make shooting the ball more realistic and satisfying.  The ball can dip, dive, curve, rise and misfire depending how you strike it, either alone with a free shot on goal, or with a defender pulling on your jersey.
First thing you must learn is how hard to hit the ball to have your shot stay on target.  Similar to previous FIFAs, there is a power meter for shots.  Tap the shoot button (B/Circle) and the ball will roll towards the goalie. Hold it down too long and you might end up hitting someone in the face on the second tier balcony.  The power meter is on a hair trigger as well, so practice makes perfect.  Mastering the force put on the ball is key to getting good scoring chances.
You use the left stick to aim your shot while powering up to take the kick. As soon as you start powering up your shot, use the left stick to aim high or low, and what corner you want the ball to go towards.  Hopefully it beats the keeper, but not the net.

Passing is Key
Passing the ball has always been a very important component of FIFA, this year more than ever.  Unlike previous installments of the franchise, passing is the hardest it has ever been, thanks to revamped Teammate Intelligence. Defenders swarm as soon as the ball leaves your foot.  The guy on the receiving end will try to get the ball, but two defenders will do the same.
Passing works the same as shooting with the power meter.  Tap the pass button to perform a short pass to a close teammate, or hold it to send the ball to a teammate farther down the pitch. Survey the field and choose your passes wisely.  One wrong pass could have you going from a scoring drive to quickly sprinting back on defense.
After going over how dangerous a bad pass can be, we’ll stress how important passing is.  A good passing game will win and lose matches.  You won’t be able to take one guy and run down the entire field dipping and dodging every defender for a glorious goal (yet).  Passing is the glue that holds a winning team together, and we need your middle name to be Elmer.
